To explain the title for the heck of it: The NBC daytime game show "Wordplay" ran from 1986 to 1987 and was hosted by Tom Kennedy. 3 Celebrity guests would each give humorous definitions to uncommon words found in Webster's Unabridged Dictionary. Contestants who select the correct definition won a cash amount hidden under the selected word plus additional cash amounts from connected previously played words. The contestant with the most money won the game and played the "Double Definition" bonus round.

The bonus round board has 24 boxes with two definitions to a single word in each...the contestant must connect the boxes across the board (minimum 6 connected boxes) with correct word answers within a 45 second time limit to win the cash bonus starting at $5,000 and increased by $2,500 on days the bonus round was not won.
